MATTOON, Ill. – 14u Midstate Madness captured the NSA State Title his past weekend. The team played tight games with single run victories over Cobras, Lightning, and Elite. The team finished the tournament 6-1 record. Including a shutout win in the CHAMPIONSHIP game over Elk Grove Heat .
